Programs provide support to recognized police canine programs operating in the Umpqua Valley geographic area. Donations and funds that are received are used to help offset training, equipment and unforeseen canine medical expenses, and to help start new K-9 programs for City and County police, and to help support training and equipment needed by the Umpqua Search And Rescue K-9 Association.
